P.T. Sinarkimia Utama., (SKU) has been engaged for almost 20 years in supplying the need of Indonesia's Industries with Specialty and Industrial Chemicals. The Company was established in 1989 by Mr. Oentoeng Widodo under the name of U.D. Sinar Kimia (U.D. means Trading Company) in Surabaya - INDONESIA. In 1996, the company was reorganized by Mr. Fredy Soesanto to become Private Limited Company and the name change to P.T. Sinarkimia Utama.
As the business and market activities of SKU grew, trading office set up in Jakarta to serve the trading activities in western part of Indonesia and later followed by establishment of trading company in Guangzhou, China.
Beside trading activities, we stated into manufacturing and established our first manufacturing plant in Surabaya, P.T. Tricipta Agung Sejahtera., (TAS) producing Plastic Colorant Masterbatches, Calcium Carbonate Masterbatches and various kind of Plastic Compound. Other production at TAS is savory seasoning (serving food industry).
P.T. Sinar Chemical Manufacturing., (SCM), was established in 2007 at Jababeka Industrial Estate, Bekasi - INDONESIA. SCM is producing Herbicide and Fertilizer.
C.V. Sinar Kencana Unicargo a forwarding agent company was established to ensure smooth handling of clearance and transporting the imported cargo from port to company's warehouse and vice verse for export products.
